Bio
My ideal client is one who is ready to discover more about themselves and how they interact with the world. Someone who is open to change, and who is prepared to allow me to take this journey alongside them.
I enjoy getting to know individuals of various backgrounds and learning about their unique strengths and personalities. With a background in early childhood education, I enjoy working with children (ages 3-11), as well as adolescents and adults. As a person-centered counselor, I believe that the counseling relationship is the foundation for healing and self-acceptance. I offer an accepting, warm space for clients to process their emotions and work towards their goals. I utilize Adlerian, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and child-centered play therapy techniques.
If you are ready to begin your healing journey, feel free to reach out to me. I can’t wait to work with you!
